i. Create 10 questions on employee recruitment and selection to ask an HR professional
ii. Interview an HR professional (in person or virtual) with your 10 questions
iii. Write a 3 pages paper on your experience. Include the questions you asked, but do not include bullet points in your paper. The paper should flow and show an understanding of the assignment and of how to create in-depth reports similar to what a job analyst would do.
