Problem: Marketing Project
Create strategic marketing plan for the organization by conducting secondary research and interviewing an individual at the organization who has the authority to implement the strategic marketing plan for the organization. You will be required to provide the name, position and contact information (phone number and email address) of the person at the organization who was interviewed to complete the strategic marketing plan.
You will be required submit 7 to 10 pages written report and 10 slide PowerPoint presentation. Maximum file size of the report and PowerPoint must not exceed 1MB each.
Here is the Organization to write about and why the organization needs a marketing plan.
The organization is Rosval Rental, which is good fit for this project because is a local small business, and they do short term rental at luxury apartments in the Brickell area, however sometimes they have struggles to maintain their properties completely booked, and this project will be a nice way to help them with their marketing and growth.
You will interview the Property Manager Edward Goenaga.
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
