Problem
Patents, copyrights, and trademarks are all types of intellectula property, which are in turn a form of intangible personal property.
Desmona invented a new type of charger that allows a person to fully recharge their smartphone in only one minute. To protect her invention, she obtains a patent for it. Desmona sells the charger and it ships with a printed instruction manual. The printed instruction manual is protected by a copyright. Desmona designed a distinctive logo to create "brand identity" for her new device. The logo is protected by trademark law.
Create scenario that illustrates something that could be patented, something that could be copyrighted, and something that could be protected by a trademark. You can either create your own items or point out common examples that already exist.
