Stroke Assignment
For this assignment, please create a patient case scenario/story. The story should be at least 3 paragraphs long. In the scenario, you can explain the patient's history, their HPI related to presenting stroke symptoms, their hospital course, family interactions, challenges with recovery, etc. It is an opportunity to be creative. You can also add any additional information that you think would make the scenario more informative. In the story, you must utilize any 20 words below. For each word utilized, please highlight it in yellow. The intent of this assignment is to work your way through a client's scenario experiencing a CVA(whichever type you choose) from the acute onset, presenting symptoms, diagnostics, treatment, and recovery. Make sure you have a full understanding of the type of stroke you choose for the client to experience, from the beginning to the end.
