Think about everything you have learned in the WELL program and especially in WEL350. What are the most important things for you to emphasize about your skills, competencies, work experience, major, and professional goals? What do you want to accomplish as a leader and why? What do you value about yourself and the work you want to do?
As part of this summary, please describe the most important things that you have learned about leadership and career development in the WELL program. How have you grown as a person and as a leader since you began the WELL program? Be specific and detailed.
Be sure to position yourself within your industry. Highlight at least three core, specific industry skills. Look for 1-2 core accomplishments to highlight as well.
