Problem: You are a laboratory manager and you have 30 employees. You have $5000 annually for professional development both for you and all of your employees. Create a one-year professional development plan for your laboratory. Justify your choices. You need to address the following in this plan which is outlined in the rubric below:
1) How you will spend the money?
2) How you considered accreditation and required training needs (if applicable--if not say why it is not applicable)? Specify and explain this.
3) Did you allow the lab manager CE money? Why or why not? Did you plan on using a rotation schedule perhaps or some other method?
4) Clearly identify the CE offerings you would use the money for and why.
