You need to provide some details – brief Project Proposal and at least 3 Objectives and Criteria.
Develop the WORKBREAKDOWN STRUCTURE (WBS) of the whole project – minimum 4 levels. where you can accurately estimate time and cost. All WBS boxes should have tasks, which are a combination of a verb and a noun. Assign resources (1 person responsible for each task in work package). Estimate the completion time for each element of your WBS in hours. The general rule is that the work package should be no more than 80 hours.
Estimate time (in hours) and cost (in QR) for the whole project.
Ensure that the WBS itself is correct, and that it looks appealing and professional.
Create Task Table for your Project where you will need to decide on correct immediate predecessors.
Create Network Diagram and use CPM/PERT time management tool to find Critical Path and Total Project Expected Time.
