For this homework, you will design a professional business report that contains various tables for your competitor analysis of your chosen company. Imagine that you are meeting again with key leaders in your company, who have asked you to provide the customer analysis for the strategic plan. Be sure to include the following in your paper:
i. Introduce your current competitors in two to three opening paragraphs. Include a brief overview of what each company does and how they relate to your company.
ii. Create a competitor analysis table and complete all columns for at least three current competitors.
iii. Introduce your potential competitors in two to three paragraphs, providing a brief overview of what each company does and how they might relate to your company in the future.
iv. Create a four-column table potential competitor analysis table and complete all columns for at least two potential competitors.
v. Conclude with a summary that gives focus and direction to how this stage of the strategic planning process relates to the next stage of choosing the right strategy for your business.
Remember, you will not have a full and complete strategic plan until the final Signature Homework. As you move through each weekly homework, you will continue to research, investigate, and think.
