Problem

Develop the following tools to evaluate competencies for service jobs.

I. Behaviourally-anchored rating scales measuring competencies relevant for service jobs (service staff and restaurant manager). The job titles and job scopes should be clearly described. The BARS scales should include two competencies for each job, a clear definition of each competency and appropriate behavioural indicators.

II. Competency development plans. Create competency development plans for the jobs specified using the picture below (You will need to create two plans: one for a service staff and one for the restaurant manager). Articulate relevant course concepts and explain the reasoning behind the development plans.
