I. You will be conducting a job analysis on the job of hair dresser
II. Search for the job of hairdresser on O*Net and obtain a task list for the SME's job. Include the complete task list in your completed assignment
III. Include the complete list of KSAOs from O*Net for the job of hairdresser.
IV. Once the task list is complete, imagine that you are a hairdresser and rate the tasks on (i) frequency and (ii) importance. Provide a written justification for your ratings.
V. Create an task-KSA matrix that links the KSAs to the tasks.
VI. Based on the job analysis write a job description that provides a (i) job summary, (ii) describes the job's tasks, (ii) Tools and equipment used, (iv) Job Context.
