You are preparing to complete the tasks before you report to your boss. Before you make the final presentation, you want to meet with your team members to briefly discuss the findings and provide an outline of the presentation for your boss. In this Discussion Board, you will gather their feedback on your findings and feedback on the outline of the presentation of the findings and recommendations for your boss. You must post the following information in your Discussion Board:
• Give a preliminary summary of the two areas that you have researched for opportunities to reduce costs. You must summarize the findings from the data analysis and provide the numbers and address the following: - What areas are responsible for the costs?
- Where is the waste that is producing excess costs?
- What are your suggestions to reduce costs?
• Create an outline for the final presentation to your boss. You must consider including the following in your outline: - A description of the objective
- The makeup of your team
- The description of the data
- Your data analysis steps, tools, and findings
- Your recommendations and your suggested next steps
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
