1- The lecturer wants me to add Executive Summary in the first page.
And this is what he told us why he wants Executive Summary
The executive summary is written at the end after completing the whole report, But is should be in the first page in your report. It must be contain the purpose of the report, its most significant information, its conclusions or results, and its recommendation.
Who reads an executive summary?
People who are too busy to read the entire document eg, Bankers and investors managers may not have time to read the entire report. Staff may also need to have the report summarised.
2- You need to change the introduction, because he wants the introduction be like telling the reader how to structure your report. So, he wants us to prepare the reader what you are going to talk about in your report.
3- Part one :
Internal&External
You need to identify the strengths and weakness in details. even if you identify one strength and one weakness the lecturer will be happy, because the most important thing to him is the quality , and how to justify that strength or weakness , and how to poof that strength or weakness. Because there is No point to him to see and read heaps of strengths and weakness.No point to tell your opinion, but you must justify your strength and your weakness by reading the case study carefully and make a judgment supported by theories, concepts, or evidences for the strength and weakness . and make sure that there are linking for your strength with extrenal and the same thing with weakness should be link to the external.
Conclusion
for the conclusion , conclude your strength and weakness, and tell how did you search to fix them in your report and link them with external you may write two part, part one for the conclusion of your strength the other one is the conclusion for your weakness that relating to the external factors.
Part Two:
4- Recommendation
-Your recommendation must directly link to your conclusion.
-Your recommendation should justify Not personal opinionand it should be backed up.
-Your recommendation for weakness should be how to improve and how to medicate
-Your recommendation for strength should be linked to the external factors you using and -your recommendation should be hot to maintain that strength or how to improve that strength or some external factors have impact on that strength.
-Provide clear, relevant and details recommendation.
