Overview
For this Evaluation Report: Voice-Over PowerPoint Assignment, you will reflect on the assigned reading and the role of the evaluator of a program plans; creating an evaluation report for your program plan via voice-over PowerPoint.
Instructions:
a. Provide an overview of the role of the evaluator in an evaluation. Discuss the principles of application by the advanced practice public/ community health nurse.
b. Consider the oral report information discussed in your reading and devise an oral presentation via a voice-over PowerPoint that discusses the following. See Guidelines for Effective Visuals in Chapter 19:
- Data sources for your program evaluation.
- Relate your goals and objectives to the evaluation.
- Select and discuss your analysis method.
- Summarize the results.
c. Discuss the influence that your Christian worldview has on your position regarding this topic.
d. Support your position with evidence from 3-5 scholarly sources, in addition to the course textbook. References must have been published within the past 5 years.
e. Include a title page and reference page in current APA format.
The PowerPoint must be 10-15 slides (excluding the required title page and reference page). The entire Evaluation Report: Voice-Over PowerPoint Assignment must be in current APA format with speaker notes. PowerPoint Pointers should be followed per the supporting document found in Canvas.
