Problem: Plan of Action
Create an employee satisfaction survey that will be distributed to all hospital employees.
o The survey should contain a minimum of ten questions.
o At least two questions should focus on leadership/management.
o At least two questions should focus on communication.
Include a "justification" for each survey question and a description of what leadership can expect to learn from the question.
The response must include a reference list. One-inch margins, double-space, Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
