Problem: I also believe that as social workers we have to desire success in order to be successful and create accomplishments in our endeavors within ourselves and clients. I also believe to prevent burnout we have to work smarter and not harder so we do not overwhelm ourselves. Time management and organization is key when accomplishing this goals. I believe that there are several opportunities for growth to help better ourselves as worker and it is important to be receptive to feedback and communicate to execute our tasks and goals. In order to advance we have to put in the work to be successful.
