When putting together a diverse work environment, knowing the staff you currently have is vitally important. One way to diversify an occupation and get your employees on board is by letting them know that diversification could lead to raises, expansion, and job security - as opposed to just putting people in a diversified program simply because you deem it to be politically correct. While the positions at Delta Corporation has some high-profile extremities for both sexes, (meaning that the positions for women at this company is equal in statue in that of men) the balance of representation is severely crippled. If the balance of representation is indistinguishable in the sense that, there is not a clear identification of a diverse workplace, HR can take the blame, and this is in spite of the fact there is an African American female who has seniority in place.

Evaluate why diversity is an issue.
Why? There is a difference in why diversity being an issue and diversity itself. "Women executives say that they are ambitious and like men, believe that they are ready to make the necessary sacrifices in their personal lives if that's what it takes to occupy a top-management job. Many, however, are not sure that the corporate culture will support their rise, apparently with some justification." We are with the understanding that discrimination, racism, and prejudice exist. And when elements like theses creep onto the work environment, many unforeseen conflicts will arise. If this happens, employees begin to question not only their own future and safety, but those around them because instances of this nature can become explosive and violent. We should provide a diverse work environment and include sufficient diversity training to possibly reduce or eliminate unusual occurrences from happening. Diversity training should be a must with our company, and we should explore and recognize why these things happen - unreasonable and unlawful forms of discrimination arise because of;

- Conflicts
- Different Lifestyle
- cultural differences and Ethical
- Sex (Gender)
- Harassment
- And Communication
