Create a message to be placed in a time capsule at a proposed new "Public Safety Leadership Center". The time capsule will be opened on January 1, 2100. Your message should explain your top five concerns for public safety during your time as well as an explanation of what this class felt were the most important tenets of leadership that will be equally as applicable or important in 2100.
