The process documented in Figure 10-9 does not include unscheduled maintenance.
Assume that requests for such maintenance arise during wedding events (they arise from other sources as well, but ignore those sources here) and that they are handled by facilities personnel who are on-call 24 hours a day.
Create a process diagram, similar to that in Figure 10-9, that documents a business process and need for a facilities tracking system.
Assume there will be a Wedding Operations role, and Unscheduled Maintenance Application role, and a Facilities Maintenance Person role. If possible, use Visio to create your diagram, otherwise use PowerPoint.
