The training program: Diversity Issues
The audience: Managers
The task: Create a power point presentation with voice or another type of presentation tool (with voice) that will be used as a training tool to provide the managers of our company with an overview of Diversity Issues (not specific issues - all diversity issues should be considered when creating the presentation)
What must be included:
- Legal aspects (that hiring/promotion/firing/retention processes, training & development processes), cultural awareness (what does it mean - how is achieved/accomplished), sensitivity awareness (what does it mean, how is it achieved/accomplished)
- At least 9 slides are required (including a cover slide, a conclusion slide, reference slide) at least 3-5 sources to help with this assignment.
