Question: You will create a patient and schedule a minor surgical appointment. Your patient is coming in for an incision and drainage. Document in a chart note all that you did complete the CC, vitals, past medical history, social history, family history, problem list, meds, allergies, (a complete patient intake) and add a consent. Your patient is on the following medication: Amoxicillin 500mg orally every 8 hours Gabapentin 600mg orally once daily with food Metoprolol 150mg by mouth daily Allergies: NKDA
