As you create your customer survey questions, use this template for help organizing your ideas for each question. Your survey questions should be clearly worded and focus on gathering as much information as possible to gain a better understanding your customers' customer-service and customer-experience needs. This information will be helpful to Firm X as it attempts to create a new shopping experience. In order to motivate as many customers as possible to respond to the survey, it should be 10 to 15 questions long and consist of multiple choice, yes/no, and short response questions.
