As a part of the long-term strategic professional development initiatives within your company, you have been asked by your manager (a VP-level leader) to propose a set of expected leadership skills for individuals in your organization who aspire to upper-leadership positions. The intent is to foster and further develop an enhanced and demonstrable understanding of team dynamics to effectively manage employees, establish priorities, and delegate responsibilities
