Create a letter that will convince your local judicial system to refer clients to your Drug Education Program. A philosophy should be added that includes "Educate, Empower". Your program is design to educate first time drug offenders to your 2 hour course. Increasing their knowledge on health, social and economic drug use has in the community.
Your programs name will be "ABC" one full page (500 words). Letter must show why is it important for individuals to be educated about drug use, and how will it impact the jail system/community by educating this population.
