Part -1
Create a Gantt Chart for the Rockiest project that shows the beginning and end of the project, all the tasks that must be undertaken and who is responsible for them.
Part -2
Create a briefing document to accompany the task list and Gantt chart. Ensure that you explain the Rockiest marketing project's objectives and major deadlines. Also prepare a distribution sheet to ensure that all identified stakeholders receive a copy of the briefing document.
Part -3
Create a communication plan including scheduled project meetings to ensure that your staff members are regularly updated with project objectives and are able to successfully work together to complete the project.
Part -4
Imagine you have been working on the Rockfest Project for approximately six months. Prepare a dashboard report that compares the following marketing results with the project's objectives and assess the risk level of failure to achieve each target:
1. The venue has been booked and paid for
2. This year's posters and flyers have been designed and printed
3. You have contracted six support bands and five headliners
4. The program has been and is ready for release
5. Advertisements have been designed but are waiting for approval
6. Advertising space in magazines and websites has been purchased and are awaiting approved advertisements
7. The song list has been compiled and split into sets. It has been sent to the currently contracted bands
8. The festival program booklet has been produced and is awaiting printing
9. All advertising spaces in the program booklet been sold
10. The budget for this festival has been finalised
11. Twelve kiosks have been sold to merchandisers and food outlets
12. Tickets are 35% presold
13. Merchandise for the R&R AM stand has been ordered but is not yet in inventory
14. Venue setup has not yet commenced
