Criteria
- You create at least three different categories (hardware, software, other resources) for a quick tip document regarding common support problems
- You provide specific ideas and suggestions on how to resolve common support problems.
- You provide description of each suggestion/Web site used.
- You provide the URL to the Web site suggestions.
