You work on a web app to help dog trainers create invoices and track payments for their customers. Your app stores the dog owners' contact information and can display their invoices and payments. It also has a CSV report builder that allows trainers to query the list of dog owners, invoices, or payments filtered by any non-rich text field and return any fields from that data table.
Your company found that dog trainers build up a large list of customers over time. Some have hundreds of dog owners in the app. Your product team is adding a feature that allows dog trainers to search the list of dog owners.
You were asked to provide the software requirements specifications. The document should cover the following:
