Create a 20question quiz that covers chapters 5 (Culture) and 8 (Assessment). There should be 10 questions from each chapter.

The quiz should include 12 multiple choice questions, 6 true/false and 2 short answer questions, You do not need to respond the the short answer questions, but you must provide an answer key for the multiple choice and true/false items.
