Use one or more of the theories of spirituality from the Health of the Human Spirit text along with the 10 metaphors of spiritual growth on pages 23-24 of the Essential Spiritualty text to create a plan for someone to follow in their spiritual development. Be sure to describe any resistances or obstacles that could surface which may impede progress within the development map.
