Canis latrans, or coyotes, are highly adaptive big mammals which can be found in every state in the U.S. Their capability to thrive in suburban and urban areas causes coyote or human interactions which can at times become problematic. Attempts to manage their population by different means of elimination at times fail to decrease a population in a given location. Explain why is this?
