Problem
If a Judge publishes a letter from a defendant to the Clerk Office to avoid Ex Parte Communication with the letter reporting on crimes (Constitutional Violations) from prosecutors in said defendant's case, could the Judge violates ethics if they don't act upon it given his personal/imputed knowledge of said crimes from the prosecutors?
