Problem: Write a self-reflection on the week's discussion, assignments, and readings. (Refer to your textbook, Chapter 23, to understand how to write a reflection.) Use headings to compartmentalize: Discussions, Assignments, and Readings. For this reflection, use the compare-and-contrast rhetorical approach to reflect on your writing strategies not using the five-stage writing process, as well as your writing strategies using the five-stage writing process. Be sure to evaluate based on the same criteria for each situation.
In addition, consider addressing these questions, at a minimum:
- What triumphs and challenges did I face this week? Which aspects were easy, which were more challenging, and why?
- What strategies did I use to complete discussions and assignments?
- Which part of the writing process do I enjoy the most, and why?
- What should I do better, and how will I do that?
- What did I notice most about discussions this week?
- What questions do I have for the instructor?
