Problem: What additional consumer benefits and services do craft beer marketers offer to differentiate their product?
Here is an example using a car to demonstrate what I mean.
Core product: basic transportation; reliable, safe
Actual product: Honda, color red, side air bags, 35 MPG
Augumented product: 5-year warranty, low interest financing, stereo with CD/MP3, GPS, free oil changes for a year.
It's with the augmented part that I am having problems.
By the way, using regular beer is okay.
