ABC company hired RPA Consulting to improve their current mobile app - Addiction Hope. After researching and brainstorming, RPA consulting decided to host a JAD session with users of Addiction Hope. Below are the transcript from the JAD session.
RAP Representative: Thank you for participating in this JAD session. Your opinions are very important for us to improve the mobile app for you. Let's take a turn to express your concerns and suggestions.
User 1: I tried to sign up on this app numerous times but every time it showed some problem. I had very high hopes with this app but completely disappointed with it as I couldn't even sign up on it. Waste of time and hope. Extremely disappointing!
User 2: I downloaded the app and was talking with other women and it was helpful. The next day I tried to go on and it wouldn't open except to the first title page that is pink and says BC healthline. Very annoying. I'm already anxious about having an addiction and now I can't even talk to the women I talked to yesterday.
User 3: I wanted to like it, but I could never get the appointments calendar to work and the journal wouldn't scroll.
User 4: As others have reported, it immediately locks up on terms and conditions. Have no idea how it works since it won't open. This app does not work on iPad. Not compatible.
User 5: The customer service people are nice and respond promptly.
User 6: Completely unscientific. There are innumerable flaws in this app. The developer claims to be a doctor and I sincerely do not see how that could be true.
User 7: Thank you for understanding our needs and developing the app to meet our needs. I was able to find treatment regimens hardly in the previous version. Now it's much easy. Thanks again. The only suggestion I have is to add a daily or weekly report to the app so that I know the number of hours or days that I am calm and drug free.
User 8: This game is horrible all the levels are locked and to unlock them you have to watch ads. All levels have tools that are also locked and guess what we have to watch ads to unlock them.
