Estimate the percentage of Germans who are at least 30 years old, but not yet 40 years old. It may help to construct a histogram of the data. By the way I believe 2000 is the year not the sample size so I don't think it's necessary to did anything with that, correct me if I'm wrong. Please show as much work as possible and do not round.
