Question: Construct a high level work breakdown structure (WBS) for a closet renovation project. Imagine that you are renovating an old closet in your home and think about all of the steps that must be taken to do this from emptying the closet to buying and building out new materials (shelves, etc).Also think about time, resources and budget. Now do your best to list all project activities for this renovation and include resources (you can have any many people as you want on this), timelines (you can set whatever start/end dates) and budget (unlimited funds).I am looking for a WBS in a MS Word format. I am not looking for construction innovation or design perfection, but your understanding of a WBS and impacts on it by the Iron Triangle discussed in class.
