(1) Identify three things Kelly should look out for as she considers which SaaS vendor to select. Explain what they are, why they are important to Kelly's business, and how she can use them to her competitive advantage.
(2) Then, explain what you think is Kelly's biggest risk in outsourcing her IT function, why you selected it, and what Kelly's key responsibilities are in selecting and using SaaS to minimize risk and protect her business?.
