Problem: Consider a nonprofit organization in your life (this could be your church, a charity, an organization on campus, etc.) and analyze whether it does a good job of building its brand. Does it have high brand equity? If you chose to measure the organization's equity, how do you think people in your community would answer the qualitative and quantitative questions presented in this chapter?
