IF THE CHAIR IS OCCUPIED WHEN HE ARRIVES, HE DOES NOT ENTER THE SHOP, ON THE AVERAGE THE CUSTOMER ARRIVES EVERY 15 MINUTES, AND EACH HAIR CUT TAKES 10 MINUTES.
