You will create an 8-10 page research paper (excluding title page and reference page) that addresses a particular human service profession. After choosing a title that interests you, research and develop a paper that includes the following topics as related to your chosen profession: Youth Worker NOHSE standards Historical perspective on federal laws relating to your profession Confidentiality Ethical responsibilities Describe the unique aspects of your profession in the human services field as well as the general applications that may apply to most or all other human service professions. Include a minimum of five APA scholarly resources in your paper. Writing the Research Paper Must be eight- to ten- double-spaced pages in length and formatted according to APA style as outlined in the approved APA style guide. Must include a cover page that includes: Title of Paper Student's name Course name and number Instructor's name Date submitted Should include an introductory paragraph with a succinct thesis statement. Must address the topic of the paper with critical thought. Must conclude with a restatement of the thesis and a conclusion paragraph.
