Assignment Task: Interim Contractor Support and Contractor Logistics Support first contract awards are one of the four opportunities where consideration of updating Should-cost targets is appropriate. This key event includes all of the following EXCEPT:
*Consider updating the Should-cost target and conducting FAR/DFARS indirect/direct cost reviews.
*FRP (FDDR) Decision/Contract Award.
*Conducting these updates in conjunction with a sustainment Business Case Analysis (BCA) is beneficial.
*Change in program manager and/or executive sponsor.
