Task
In this course work, each student should submit a report by performing the following tasks given below associated with a practical assessment. The report should be in 1200 words and supported with experimental results.
A. Conduct and discuss on the measurement of indoor and outdoor monitoring parameters by choosing any two workplace locations of your choice and comment on the measured values regarding the existing local health and safety requirements.
B. Examine and comment on the workplace security devices under operation and installed in the workplace location.
Guidelines:
1. Use preferably Microsoft Word for word processing.
2. Page setup margins normal. Use A4 paper size settings and use 2.5cm margins all around, Leave the Gutter at 0 cm.
3. Body text is Arial 12 point, single-spaced with no paragraph spacing attached before or after. Text is left justified. Leave one blank line between paragraphs.
4. The pages should be numbered consecutively, starting from introduction page; however, the title page should not be numbered.
5. All symbols and abbreviations must be defined, and used only when necessary.
6. The number of words must be shown at the end of the work submitted. The title page and contents page will not count; neither will the list of reference at the end of the work.
7. As an indication, word count should not exceed the specified number.
8. Do not forget to reference your work properly; otherwise you will put yourself at the risk of "PLAGIARISM".
9. You are advised to different references to complete this assignment, some of which need to be books.
10. You are encouraged to provide relevant tables, charts were appropriate. Tables should be suitably numbered and referred in the context explanation appropriately.
11. Remember that the style of your work, and its language accuracy, are indicators of how much care you have given to the assignment, and how capable are you in expressing your thoughts in a presentable and professional way.
12. Finally, make sure you read the marking scheme very well before you start the work, since it will guide you very well to the required approach to be adopted when completing the assignment.
