Assignment:

1. Students will record all foods and beverages (including serving size) consumed over three consecutive days. Please be sure to include at least one weekend day in your three day reporting period.
2. After collecting data over a three-day period, students will conduct an analysis of their diet and compare their findings to recommended standards as discussed in class and within the text. Students must make sure all percentages and numbers correctly balance. For each food item,
