Conduct an analysis of the industry using Porter's Five-Forces Model. Be sure to determine the strength of each of the forces. Are any of these forces driving change in the industry?
Discuss what you believe to be the key success factors for the snack-food industry. Determine if this industry is attractive for a new entrant using the attributes discussed above.
