Job Evaluation Exercise Form the class into groups and have them assume you are the consultant hired to conduct a compensation study for The Opportunity Council. Read the job descriptions for each job. Then, using the form provided, rate each job with the point system on the Job Evaluation Computation Worksheet and provide a rationale for the points assigned. Indicate the relative ranking of the jobs based on their total points. Does the ranking seem logical? If not, it may be necessary to reanalyze the positions or change the point system.
