Concept of normative sexuality

Hi, I want some help with describing the concept of normative sexuality (normative being the manner sexuality must be realized). Are there acceptable alternative forms of sexual expression? What are they? Are there unacceptable forms? What are they? Is there such a thing as sexual perversion? What would you signify by that?

A cooperative organization owns a building built for it through a grant at a cost of $380,000/- in 1985. No depreciation expense was provided upto 2011 when its books were caused to be audited. How would the depreciation expense for the last 25 years be provided? Is from current income or from reserve? And what if there was no revenue reserves ?
