There is truss that is an upsidown triangle, with two twenty degree angles and is hooked up to four members with pin joints (On the right side of the upsidown triangle truss the fourth member goes straight up from a pin joint on the floor to the right side of the triangle). On the left end there is 4,000 N worth of force pushing down. Half a meter along the x direction the top of the upsidown triangle is hooked up to a pin joint to the floor, the entire truss in 1 meter. On the right side of the truss there is 6,000 N worth of force going in the possitive x direction.
1) Calculate the external loads on each member using the general mothod for sturctures.
a) Neglect the weight of the members.
b) assume each member has a mass of 100 kg/m.
