TOPIC: Employees fairness perception and its effect on their motivational level and turnover retention.
- Complete a five to six-page research paper that has as its focus a general management problem or leadership issue that is a concern to the student's place of employment or an organization with which the student is familiar. (TOPIC ABOVE)
- The paper should be organized as follows:
- Introduction: A short summary of the issue and its importance (one to two paragraphs).
- Review: Describe recent events in the issue area. Quote or refer to appropriate research articles related to the issue (one to two pages).
- Analysis: Analyze the issue by giving your opinions and examining the "pros and cons" of the issue (one to two pages).
- Conclusions: Summarize your conclusions about the issue (one to two paragraphs).
- Your paper should be five to six pages in length. Use proper spelling, grammar, and APA formatting (Review previous APA Spotlight quizzes.) with in-text citations and references as needed for your paper. An appropriate title page must be included in addition to a Reference page, neither of which is included in the minimum page requirements. Use APA formatting for your paper, which includes double-spacing and 1-inch margins. Papers will be graded on content, critical thinking reasoning, grammar, sentence structure/word choice, factual support, persuasiveness, and overall APA formatting. Outside resources/references are required with a minimum of four beside the textbooks.

- Submit your draft Final Paper to Grammarly for grammar and mechanics feedback prior to completion of your final paper to assist in the preparation of your final paper.
- Submit your Grammarly feedback to the Grammarly Dropbox prior to submitting your final paper.
- After incorporating appropriate Grammarly feedback, save a copy of your final paper for yourself and submit a copy to your instructor using the Final Dropbox by the end of the workshop.
