Write a critical essay of 6 pages comparing presidential vs. parliamentary systems. You are supposed to compare/contrast the two systems, discuss the strengths and weaknesses of each and present an argument for the system you believe is more democratic. Papers should be typed (12pt/Times New Roman), double spaced with 1" margin at all sides, and 6 pages (excluding bibliography and title page)
