The face of each slide should visually reinforce the content included in your assignment speaker notes. The speaker notes is where your analysis of the theory should be happening, making sure you are using correct APA formatting. The speaker notes should include the following:
1. Discussion on the difficulty of forming the business structure;
2. Liability;
3. Legal and operational requirements;
4. Who manages the business;
5. Taxes;
6. Specific examples of issues a chosen organization has dealt with during the operations of the business.
