3. Compare and contrast the harms done to our society from street crime, corporate crime, and state crime.
4. Briefly describe the Uniform Crime Report. Include a discussion of its strengths and at least three weaknesses.
5. Compare and contrast the different perspectives on criminal law. Add a brief discussion of the nature of criminal law, and its relation to society.
6. Describe the three most important elements of a crime. Provide examples.
